Are we currently accepting new clients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new clients at Unified Wellness. Please call us at (508)371-2099 for more information. New client appointments can also be scheduled directly using the "Book an Appointment" link above.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept Medicaid and Medicare plans, Carelon, Blue Cross Blue shield, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna, Optum, United healthcare, Tufts and Mass General Brigham Health Plans.
How soon can I be seen for an initial evaluation?
We currently have a waitlist less than a month. Please contact us as soon as possible to secure an appointment or by using the "Book an appointment" link.
Are the visits confidential?
Telehealth and In-person visits with your provider are HIPPA compliant. Medical records will only be released upon your written approval. However, there are certain disclosures required by law such as in the case of medical emergencies, child/adult abuse, imminent harm to self or others, worker’s compensation, judicial or administrative proceedings or subpoenas.
Do you offer services to children and teens younger than 18?
Yes, we offer services to individuals aged 9 to 17, as well as adults 18 years and older.
Do I need to live in Massachusetts to receive care?
We provide In-person and telehealth services to clients residing in Massachusetts and telehealth services to clients residing in Florida
Are there financing options available?
For individuals experiencing financial difficulties, we do offer financing options that is tailored to their current needs.
What equipment or setup do I need for a telehealth visit?
Most people are able to connect with their smart phone, tablet, or computer. A stable internet connection is required. In order to ensure confidentiality, we ask that the sessions are done in a private setting such as a home, office, and not a public setting e.g. supermarket, coffee shop or restaurant.
